To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is put the buds in place in the charging case, and they will start charging automatically. If they do not, try checking the case battery why charging it first.

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is to plug one end of the USB cable into a 5V power supply, and the other end into the charging port on the charging case. After doing this, the indicator lights will flash during the charging process.

• Step 1: Open the upper cover of the charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode, and the buds’ indicator lights will flash white and blue alternately.
• Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth function in the Bluetooth device.
• Step 3: Refresh the Bluetooth device listing.
• Step 4: Select the paired audio device named “Enacfire E90” to connect. After this, the indicator lights on the earbuds will go off after a successful pairing.

Connect the earbuds with other devices

• Step 1: Disconnect the currently connected Bluetooth device, and then the earbuds will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.
• Step 2: Put the left and right earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.

• Step 1: Delete all ‘ENACFIRE E90’ related Bluetooth names from your phone’s Bluetooth list.
• Step 2: Turn off Bluetooth to disconnect the earphones.
• Step 3: Touch either one earphone for 8 seconds to power off both earphones.
• Step 4: Touch and hold the power button of the Left earphone for 8 seconds with Blue and White lights flash3 times.
• Step 5: Touch and hold the power button of the Right earphone for 8 seconds with Blue and White lights flash3 times.
• Step 6: Put the earphones back in the charging case.
• Step 7: Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect the earphones.

Another reader (Tracey) proposed another method as well:

1. Press the right earbud to power off
2. Touch & hold both earbuds together for 10 sec to the 3rd white flash.
3. Release the touch
4. Turn on Bluetooth
5. The phone will automatically Re-Paired the device

In case the Enacfire E90 does not pair together, the most recommended is to factory reset the earbuds.

Only one side (left or right) of Enacfire E90 working

In case only one side of the earbuds is working, you can do the following:

• Check the audio properties and make sure that the single-mode is turned off.
• Make sure that voice levels are balanced on both earbuds.
• Factory reset the buds.
