Pairing one headphone

Press and hold the multi-function button until the LED blinks red and blue alternately, then turn on the Bluetooth on your device and select the headset; a voice will be heard from the headphones saying “connected”, and then you will be able to enjoy music or make phone calls, support answering incoming calls.

Pairing both headphones

  1. Press and hold the multifunction buttons on both sides at the same time until the LED blinks red and blue alternately.
  2. Then double click anywhere to enter pairing mode, or press the button for 3 seconds, the voice “ready to pair” would be remembered.
  3. Lastly, turn on the Bluetooth on your device and choose i7tws to connect, and when the LED blinks blue slowly, they will pair successfully and battery status will appear on your cell phone.

Note: There would be only one earphone working when making phone calls, but both sides could control the power off / play / pause function individually when connected, the other would sync. Also, the memory function supports connecting devices automatically.

  • Play / Pause song: Press the power button once.
  • Next song: Three clicks on the power button on the right headphone.
  • Previous song: Three clicks on the power button on the right headphone.
  • Call Siri: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds during playback mode.

  • Answer / End call: Press the power button once.
  • Reject call: Double press the power button.

How to answer phone calls with i7 TWS earphones?

  • Make phone calls: Make sure the headphones are connected to your mobile phone and then you can make phone calls. When making calls, there is only one working side earpiece. Answer the call by lightly pressing the power button once, and it refuses to answer by quickly pressing the power button twice.
  • Listening to music: Make sure the headphones are connected with your mobile phone, then you can listen to music from your music list. Briefly press the power button to stop the music and play again by pressing again.
  • Power off: Press and hold the power button until the LED is red when not in use, the Bluetooth device will go into off mode, it will automatically power off when the earphones are away from your Bluetooth device for 5 minutes, no need to worry about the power exhausted.
  • Charging: A sound is emitted that reminds when the battery is low and the LED blinks red at the same time. When taking charge, the led would be red and will turn blue when fully charged.

Note: Headphones will be forced to turn off when charging even if they are on before charging.

  • Change language modes. The headphones enter pairing mode when the flash glows red and blue Press and hold the multi-function button to change the mode from Chinese to English (remembering the voice “English mode”).

Put the headphones in the slot of the charging case, and then turn on the charging case. The LED indicator will flash red and turn off after a full charge.

Warnings about the i7 TWS

  1. Do not use this earphones too much or press it too much, keep it away from humidity and heat.
  2. Keep away from Wifi, router or other high frequency transmission equipment to avoid interruption of reception signal.

  4. I have the i7-TWS ear buds. I have charged them until the red light turns to blue , connected to my phone, but after an hour or just a couple of short calls they are out of power and turn off . Have you any suggestions please ??

  5. Have been charging for more than an hour now, the red of the case was blinking, after some time, the red light stop but never change to blue. to show that it is fully charged, what could be the cause of this. Is this normal?

  6. THIS IS A GARBAGE PRODUCT> DO NOT BUY> As others have indicated, only the right side turns on, lights up or works. The left side is dead. No support. These are junk. i think they believe that, since they are cheap, they can get away with selling this junk. You have been warned.

  7. I have the same problem as most. The left ear piece doesnt come on, doesnt pair or react to the button press regardless of how long held for. How do I get a replacement or get my money back please.

  8. I have been charging them for hours but the charging case continues to blink red. It only came with the USB end so I have it plugged in to a USB adapter plug. Last night I had it plugged into my laptop all night and it still was blinking red in the morning.

  11. So although it says it in the article – What am I expecting ? Is the charger going to say Remembering the voice “English mode” ? I have pressed both pairing buttons got the flashing red and blue. I have pressed the multifunction button and a blue light comes on – what does that mean ?

  18. I’m having similar problems with the right working but not the left!
    Red/Blue only flashes on the right.
    I can connect to my laptop (but only the right works) but cannot connect to my phone!
    Help!!

  19. I can only get one earpod to work at a time. Each side will turn on, but they will not both come on at the same time. How can I fix that?

I have been trying to charge my earphone for a couple of hours…while connecting to power the case is blinking in red and even after 6hrs it doesn’t turn to blue..i think it’s charging but not get fully charged…while pairing i could pair only one and also it the other one is not blinking at all….Please see into this and help me out

    1. This could be a signal inference. Do this happens all the time? If so, there could be several issues:
      1. Any app using the microphone in the background (on Android OS)
      2. The microphone of the i7 might be faulty. Try using them as mono, and check which one is causing the issue. If any of the microphones is faulty go for a refund or replace it.
      3. Try the earbuds on another phone.

    1. No, I don’t think it’s a normal situation. The sound quality of i7 TWS isn’t that good as the original Airpods or even some good Chinese TWS earphones (Mpow, QCY T5 etc.) but not that bad as one would call muffled.
      Try playing high-quality music which doesn’t have that much bass in it. If the muffled sound still exists, you might want to return the earphones back.

  25. I am not sure if this a manufacturing flaw or what, my left right channels switched. When Iput them in charging post down, I can hear “charging” then “leftside” in the right earbud, “right side” in the left one. I can switch the channel so right is right, and left is left. Otherwise I have to wear them upside down the opposite ear.

    1. For most i7 earphones, this is the method:
      Step 1: Turn on i7s TWS earbuds
      Step 2: Pairing the two i7s TWS earbuds
      Step 3: When the led flash in red and blue alternately, long-press the button on one side of earphones to switch mode from Chinese to English ( reminding voice “ English mode” )

      If this doesn’t work, try (for other i7 models)

      Pressing any earphone 5 times (as fast as you can) it says “English” then 5 times again it says “Chinese”… pressing it 5 times makes the language change.

      In simple words:
      1. Just turn the Bluetooth off on your phone
      2. turn them off
      3. turn them on
      4. START TO PRESS ON THE LEFT ONE AS FAST AS YOU CAN LOT OF TIMES UNTIL IT SAYS ‘English’

  27. I can get one earphone to connect but not both? Both flash red/blue as mentioned in instruction but phone can only see one “TWS”
    What am I doing wrong?

    1. Well, I think that another one might have a connectivity issue. You can return them back. However, before that, have you tried this method.
      Pick the earphone which works from the charging case, connect it to your device. Now pick the earphone which isn’t connecting. Both earphones should have been connected now.
      This didn’t happen to with i7 TWS but another TWS earphones known as QCY T5. The left earbud was blinking but not pairing so I did this trick and it worked like a charm. I hope it works on this one as well.

    1. The manufacturer says it’s around 3 hours. However, it depends on the volume of the earphones and how frequently you use them. With around 70% volume you can get around 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes).

      With the case, you can charge them 4 times, until the case battery goes down. It takes 50 minutes for the case to charge to 100%.
