In reply to Burt Hollocks. I have the same problem with volume. I've owned these for about a year and they seemed to work OK for the first 6-8 months and then suddenly the volume ceased to work right. You can even tell that they should go louder because they will temporarily go louder when you're turning up the volume on the phone but it immediately drops back down after the initial burst of volume. I'm also having an issue with one of the eadbuds dropping out almost completely and then randomly coming back up to equal volume with the other one. I'd toss 'em in the trash but I spent way too much on them for that. As far as I'm concerned, they're rubbish, though.

I’m having issues with m earbuds. It will work on phone calls but won’t play sound for music or videos. It makes clicking sounds when it trying to play music or video sound, nothing else

In reply to amigo mendez. Mine would not connect to more than One device at a time… I had to disconnect my iPhone and then it connected to my laptop.

My JBL 130NC Buds have terrible volume levels & you can’t turn them up to get decent sound.too quiet even when the volume is adjusted to almost full on TV or phone etc.
But meanwhile back at the ranch Tonto disguised as a door got his knob shot off.
