Meizu 15 Plus Hands-On Exposure – Retains Front Home Button!

Last year, at the end of November,  Meizu’s founder ‘Huangzhang’ made it official that Meizu 15 will be Meizu’s 2018 high-end flagship. It’s named so because of Meizu completing its 15th anniversary. Since last year, rumors and leaks come and go but we haven’t heard any official news regarding the release date or anything else. However, today with the latest leak, we think that we are getting closer and closer to the release which might be a surprise. Today, a picture got trending on Weibo illustrating Meizu 15 Plus hands-on exposure.

From the picture, the appearance of the new flagship in comparison to the previous renderings are very close.

From the Meizu 15 Plus Hands-On exposure, the phone uses an 18: 9 full-screen design, hidden earpiece, front camera at top center, the circular Home button has been retained. The phone is sleek and simple. Furthermore, it does not follow the trend of using “Full-screen”, the idea is to retain the Meizu style.

According to insiders @Mocha RQ, broke the news before that Meizu 15 Plus may be the only flagship which doesn’t follow the full-screen trend. It’s a simple 5.5 inches AMOLED screen. It is expected to release in April. The hardware isn’t confirmed yet. Meizu 15 Plus has two options, Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810. But, Samsung U might be the first phone to feature the new Exynos SoC.
