Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 Specs Exposure: 7nm, 2.9GHz Frequency!

The rhythm of Qualcomm’s release of the new U seems to be getting faster and faster. For example, Snapdragon 665/675/710/730G… Are you familiar with this? Fortunately, although it is confusing, it is basically possible to judge the level and performance based on the size of the number. How about another new SoC, Snapdragon 735 probably?

Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 Specification Leaked

According to the news, Qualcomm is also planning Snapdragon 735 SoC. A suspected internal document shows that the Snapdragon 735 is based on the 7nm LPP process. The CPU is designed with upper, mid and lower cores (1+1+6 cluster design). There’s an upper core Kyro 4xx running at 2.9GHz. Meanwhile, the mid-core is Kryo 4xx running at 2.4GHz, and 6 Kyro 4xx running at 1.8GHz.  The GPU is the 750MHz Adreno 620 (the Adreno 618 of the Snapdragon730 is 825MHz).

Frankly speaking, it has already begun to make people feel suspicious about the leaked specs. Why? Because Qualcomm strictly grades the processor according to the main frequency. Under the premise of Snapdragon 855, we have 2.84GHz (the largest core). However, for a 7-series SoC, 2.9GHz of Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 might make you believe a bit but 7nm? No way! However, the table shows that SD 735 is a product of next year, which means that the source is one year ahead of its time to accurately preview the Snapdragon 730 specification.

Other parameters include up to 16GB LPDDR4X memory support, 5G baseband, UFS 2.1/emmC5.1 flash memory, Spectra 350 ISP, up to 2K resolution display, 1GHz NPU220 and so on.
