  • Play/pause: Tap the touch control panel once on the right earbud
  • ANC mode: Tap once on the touch panel of the left earbud
  • Previous: Tap the left earbud touch control panel twice.
  • Next: Tap the right earbud touch the control panel twice.
  • Volume adjustment: Hold either earbud touch panel
  • Answer phone call: Tap the control panel on either earbud once during call notification
  • Hang up phone call: Hold the control panel on either earbud
  • Reject incoming call: Hold the touch control panel on either earbud during call notification
  • Activate Siri/Google Voice Assistant: Tap thrice on the touch panel of the either earbud
  • Turn off: Either put them in the case and close the lid or hold the touch panel on each of the earbuds for 5 seconds.

To put earbuds into pairing mode, you can put them in the case and open the case lid. Press the button on the lower back of the case for 3 seconds and the case will be blinking till you connect it to your phone.

Charging the Earbuds

Put the earbuds into the charging case, and they will power off & be charged automatically.

Charging the Charging Case

Please use the 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, which can be charged with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.

The case white LED status indicates charging:

  1. One dot filled – 25%
  2. Two dots – 50%
  3. Three dots – 75%
  4. Four dots – 100%

Step 1: To put earbuds into pairing mode, you can put them in the case and open the case lid.

Step 2: Press the button on the lower back of the case for 3 seconds and the case will be blinking white till you connect it to your phone.

Step 3: Search for the pairing name “TOZO-NC2” and select it on your mobile phone.

To activate the ANC feature, you have to press the touch panel on the left earbud to switch between the transparency mode to the ANC mode.

TOZO NC2 Earbuds User Manual – How to factory reset the TOZO NC2?

Step 1: Connect the buds to the phone by just opening the case lid and not taking them out.

Step 2: Press the button on the lower back of the case and keep it pressed till the LED lights on the charging case flash 5 times. Your earbuds will no longer be paired with the phone.

Step 3: Now the earbuds have reset. Press the back button on the case for 3 seconds and the earbuds will shift to pairing mode and you will see TOZO-NC2 on your Bluetooth devices.

Step 1: Make sure the soundhole is facing down, and then place the headphones into the ear.

Step 2: Rotate the earbud back to the auricle side to fit snugly.

  • Volume +: Tap and hold the touch control panel on the right earbud for over 3 seconds.
  • Volume -: Tap and hold the touch control panel on the left earbud for over 3 seconds.

There are no LED lights on the earbuds but on the charging case.

  • Turn on: No way of telling if each earbud is on unless it is connected or appears in pairing mode.
  • Turn off: No way of telling if each earbud is off unless it is disconnected or doesn’t appear in pairing mode.
  • Pairing status: White light flashes quickly (0.5 seconds) on case
  • Paired with a device: The above white light goes off
  • Charging process: Charger light flashing and filling each light till all lights completely filled
  • Fully charged: All lights on the case are lighting up

  1. Never dismantle or refit the product to avoid malfunction or fire hazards.
  2. Keep away from corrosive liquids to avoid damages to the product.
  3. Keep away from extreme ambient temperatures below -10C° or above 60°C.
  4. Keep away from children and pets.
  5. Never touch the earphone with sharp objects, otherwise, it will easily cause scratches.
  6. Don’t use the product in thunderstorm weather to avoid malfunction or electric shock.
  7. If it has not been used for more than a month, please charge and maintain it in time to ensure that it is safe.
  8. Since the Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater, swimming, diving will cause the signal disconnected or intermittent.

  3. I’ve only used these a few times but the left bud will not even seem to power on. No lights, nothing on that one.

    1. These only have white LEDs in them. Whoever wrote this manual either copied it for another product or just made this stuff up.

  4. Hi! I got the ear buds a month ago it was good Intel one of the buds juts stay white and I can’t hear any thing form it.

  5. The only lights on the NC2 are white. I see no red or blue lights. Can’t figure out when the buds are fully charged because there aren’t any colors on the case or buds. Just white…

    1. There are 4 dots on the front of the case. When they are charging, if its at 50%, then 2 lights will be solid and 1 will be flashing. When the case is fully charged, all of them will be solid.

    1. Make sure it isn’t still paired to phone or other devise when you first pair it to your Fire. i had to turn off the bluetooth on phone to get Kindle Fire to find it. That worked for me.

    1. This will sound ridiculous but I had a similar problem with a few different brands of headphone and in each case it turned out that there was ear wax built up inside the earbud. The trick is how to remove that without damaging the earbud. I was able to do it with alcohol on a cotton swab but I did damage one of the three sets that I cleaned. So you have to be very careful. I can’t say specifically whether the earbuds here are especially fragile. This way, they seem pretty solidly built so you can probably do this safely.
      Like I said, the suggestion does sound a bit ridiculous, but the chief reason I own three different sets of ear buds turned out to be because the first two were clogged with wax on one side and I thought that one channel had failed.

  10. Why doesn’t it disconnect once it is back in the case? I try to play audio through my phone and it wants to play through the earbuds- while in the case.

  12. Hey headphones I got last week for some reason or another have taken it upon themselves to decide if it needs a break. For instance the song I am listening to I am going to go and charge them cause I can’t take it anymore. In a 4min song. they’ve paused themselves and this is an understatement but, at least 12 if not 20+. Now is there a fix I can do on my side or do I return them. I’ve loved your product in the past but this has me scratching my head. All help would be appreciated.

  13. Only one ear bud pairs at a time depending on which one I take out first. This problem just started this morning without me doing anything new. Problem is the same with phone or laptop.

    1. Have you tried taking them out together? Or factory reset. For most earbuds, this solves the problem. If not then there might be a problem with the earbuds and you should contact the seller for this.

  14. When I try to turn them up with the touch on the earbud while using an iPhone 12 Pro Max it just hangs up the call.

    1. Well, when you touch them during a call they do hang up the call. If a call is coming, quick press will allow you to attend it and a 2 sec long press will allow you to reject it. If you want to increase the volume of the earbuds during call then it is preferred to use the volume buttons on the phone.

    1. Sadly there isn’t any other way. If so that would have been mentioned by Tozo. The earbuds turn on and off just by taking out or putting them in the charging case.

  16. I don’t remember seeing a charger when I unpacked. I think this is not a standard charger? Can I get a replacement?
