Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is another device that attracts customers due to its amazing features and great pricing. The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 gets its processing power from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It has an ultra-thin stainless steel VC heat spreader and a total heat dissipation area of 11912mm² to keep the device cool. The phone has LPDDR5X, UFS 4.0 flash memory, and 4 Xiaomi Pengpai T1 model-enhanced chips for enhanced performance. 

It has 12GB and 16GB RAM options while the storage options vary between 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has an internal screen of 7.98 inches with a resolution of 2488 x 2244. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate (120Hz LTPO), global brightness of 1700nit, and 3000nit local peak brightness, is made of Samsung E7 luminous material, and is protected by UTG protective glass. 

The centered hole-punch external OLED screen is 6.56 inches with a resolution of 2520 x 1080. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate (120Hz LTPO), global brightness of 1700 nits, 3000 nits local peak brightness, is made of Huaxing C8+ luminous material, and is protected by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass. 

Specifications

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has a thickness of 4.59mm when unfolded, 9.47mm when folded, and weighs 226g (228g for dragon scale fiber version). It has a metal middle frame, fiberglass back cover, three microphones, IPX8 waterproof rating and is equipped with HyperOS 1.0. The phone comes in various color options for users to choose from

The Hinge of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4

The phone has a keel hinge 2.0 made of 137 hinge parts. It has an ultra-fine water drop shape three-stage connecting rod design, 82.57% super steel ratio, full carbon structure, and can withstand 500,000 folds. 

Camera

The front camera on both the external and internal screen of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is 20MP (OmniVisioj OV16F40). On the rear side, it has four cameras for optimal photos and videos. The primary lens is 50MP (Light and Shadow Hunter 800, 1/1.55”, 1G+6P, f1.7, and OIS). It has another lens with a 12MP ultra-wide angle (OV13B10 with 120-degree field of view). The other lenses are 50MP portrait upright telephoto (OmniVision OV60A40, OIS, floating focus) and 10MP periscope telephoto (Samsung S5K3K1, OIS) and are certified by Leica Summilux. 

Battery

The battery capacity of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is 5100mAh Xiaomi 3D special-shaped Jinshaijang. It supports 67W fast charging that can charge the phone in just 52 minutes. The phone also supports 50W wireless charging that makes the phone charge to 100% in just 65 minutes. It has 2 x Pengpai G1 power management chips, 1 x Pengpai P2 fast charging chip, and 1 x R1 current equalizing chip.

The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 has been officially released in China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It has various variants for users to choose from
