It has MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, 16GB RAM, 1TB of maximum device storage, a stunning 6.78 inch OLED 8T LTPO screen, 32MP front camera, triple 5MP cameras on the back, 5000mAh battery, and much more.

The Vivo X100 features a stunning 6.78-inch OLED hyperbolic screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1260. It supports 120Hz 8T LTPO refresh rate and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a smoother user experience. It has a local peak brightness of 3000nits

The device has a glass version with an 8.49mm thickness and weighs around 206g. Its plain leather version is 8.74mm thick and weighs around 202g. The device comes with NFC, infrared remote control, and IP68 support and runs on Origin OS 4. It comes in four colors for users to choose from

Processor & Storage

The Vivo X100 device comes with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 mobile chipset making it one of the earliest devices to use the chipset. It has a blue crystal chip technology stack and a Vivo V2 self-developed chip. The device has LPDDR5X memory, UFS 4.0 flash memory, and even a special LPDDR5T memory variant. 

Cameras of the VIVO X100

The Vivo X100 comes with a 32MP front camera (Samsung S5KGD2). On the rear side, it has a triple camera setup. The primary lens is 50MP (Sony IMX920, VCS bionic spectrum technology, and OIS). It has secondary lenses of 50MP ultra-wide angle (Samsung S5KJN1) and a 64 MP periscope telephoto lens (OmniVision OV64B). The camera setup has laser focus dToF and Zeiss T* optical lens for optimal results.

The Vivo X100 is juiced up by a 5000mAa battery that supports 120W fast charging. It can charge the device to 50% in just 11 minutes.

The Vivo X100 has been officially released in China and will be soon available in other parts of the world. It has various variants for users to choose from

  • 16GB + 256GB is priced at CNY 4,299 ($603)
  • 16GB + 512GB is priced at CNY 4,599 ($645)
