AGM, known for producing some of the best rugged devices, has released AGM Z1, a sub-factory product. It is said to be one of the cheapest phones of the time, with a price tag of just 599 yuan ($83). The device comes with 6.52 inches LCD screen, UNISOC T606 chipset, 8GB RAM, 128GB device storage, and much more.

Display & Appearance

The AGM Z1 has a vibrant 6.52 inches LCD screen with a resolution of 1600 x 720. It has a water drop screen to nest the front camera and supports a 90Hz refresh rate.

The device has a thickness of 8.55mm, weighs only 190g, and runs on Android 13. It comes in two color options of

  • Night Grey
  • Dark Sky Blue

Processor & Display

The AGM Z1 gets its processing power from the UNISOC T606 mobile chipset. It is an octa-core processor based on 12nm architecture. The processor has 2 x 1.6 GHz Cortex-A75 cores and 6 Cortex A55 with Mali G75MP1 GPU. 

It comes with 8GB RAM and support for 8GB virtual memory expansion. The device has 128GB built-in memory and supports MicroSD card expansion. 

Camera

The AGM Z1 has an 8MP front camera in the water drop design. On the rear side, it has dual cameras of 50MP primary camera (Samsung S5KJN1) and a 2MP macro lens.

The AGM Z1 has a 4900mAh battery that supports 10W charging. It can charge the phone from 0% to 100% in 120 minutes.

The AGM Z1 has been released in China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It is only released in one variant to make the buying process easier.
