To iOS and Android phones Step 1: Take one earbud out of the charging case. It will automatically turn on, become the main earbud, and will be ready to pair. Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device. Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings. Step 4: Select “CREATIVE Outlier Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, the pairing will be done. To PC (Windows) Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth. Step 2: Go to the settings. Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”. Step 4: Click on “Add device”. Step 5: Click on Bluetooth. Step 6: Take one earbud out of the charging case. It will automatically turn on, become the main earbud, and will be ready to pair. Step 7: Select “CREATIVE Outlier Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, the pairing will be done. How To Pair The Other Earbud? Step 1: Take the other earbud out of the charging case. It will automatically turn on and will be ready to pair. Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device. Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings. Step 4: A Bluetooth pairing request for the secondary earbud will automatically pop out after the initial pairing with the main earbud. Step 5: Select “Outlier Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, the earbud will automatically pair with the main earbud and the pairing will be done. How To Turn On And Off? Automatically Turn on: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on. Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically turn off. Manually Turn on: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 1 second. How To Wear These Earbuds? Step 1: Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best. Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds. Step 3: Gently push and wiggle the earbuds into the respective ear canals until a good seal is made to ensure proper fitting. How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions NOTE: The touch panel is placed on the top part of the body of the earbuds. Play and pause music: Tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds once. Turn the volume up: Long press the touch panel on the right earbud for 2 seconds. Turn the volume down: Long press the touch panel on the left earbud for 2 seconds. Play the next song: Tap the touch panel on the right earbud twice. Play the previous song: Tap the touch panel on the left earbud twice. Answer an incoming call: Tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds once. End a call: Tap the touch panel on any of the earbuds once. Reject an incoming call: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 1 second. Activate the Voice Assistant: Tap the touch panel on the main earbud twice. How To Charge The Earbuds? Earbuds To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically. Charging case To charge the charging case, all you have to do is plug a 5V USB Type-C cable into the port on the charging case. It will start charging automatically. What Do The Lights Mean? Earbuds Red light on when charging: Earbuds charging. Red light off when charging: Earbuds fully charged. Red and blue lights flashing alternately: Earbuds paired. Blue light turns on and off: Earbuds reseted. Charging case Red light on: Case has less than 30% of battery. Blue light on: Case has more than 30% of battery. Blue light on when charging: Case charging. Blue light off when charging: Case fully charged. How To Reset These Earbuds? Step 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open. Step 2: Long press the touch panel on both earbuds for 5 seconds, until a blue light turns on and off. After that, the resetting will be done. Do These Earbuds Have An App? Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support. Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case. 2. Try factory resetting the earbuds. 3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it. Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin. 2. Try factory resetting the earbuds. The microphone is not working If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following: If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund. The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth. 2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step. 3.
