How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, a blue light will flash for 1 second, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the touch control zone on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. After that, a blue light will flash for 1 second, and the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, a red light will flash for 1 second, and the earbuds will turn off automatically.

First-time Pairing With Devices

Step 1: Remove the insulating film in the charging case.

Step 2: Place the earbuds into the case and close its lid.

Step 3: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, a blue light will flash for 1 second, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

The earbuds will now be ready to pair.

Step 4: Unlock the desired device.

Step 5: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 6: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 7: Search for a new device.

Step 8: Select the EarFun Free Pro 3 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the flashing light will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

Connect To A New Device

Option A

Step 1: Unpair the earbuds from the Bluetooth device they are connected to. The earbuds will enter pairing mode again.

Step 2: Search for a new device.

Step 3: Select the EarFun Free Pro 3 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the flashing light will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

Option B

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the touch control zone on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. A blue light will start flashing quickly.

Step 3: Search for a new device.

Step 4: Select the EarFun Free Pro 3 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the flashing light will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

Pair To Two Devices Simultaneously

Step 1: Pair the earbuds to the first device and stay connected.

Step 2: With the earbuds inside the case, press and hold the button on the case for about 3 seconds, or until a blue light starts flashing on the earbuds.

They will enter pairing mode and disconnect from the first device.

Step 3: On the second device, search for the earbuds and connect.

Step 4: Manually reconnect the earbuds on the first device.

NOTE: The earbuds will automatically connect to both devices after finishing setting up the multipoint connection.

How To Control These Earbuds?

NOTE: The touch control zone is placed on the middle part of the body of the earbuds.

• Pause and play a song: Press the touch control zone on any of the earbuds two times
• Turn the volume up: Press the touch control zone on the right earbud one time.
• Turn the volume down: Press the touch control zone on the left earbud one time.
• Play the next song: Press the touch control zone on the right earbud three times.
• Play the previous song: Press the touch control zone on the left earbud three times.
• Answer an incoming call: Press the touch control zone on any of the earbuds two times.
• End a current call: Press the touch control zone on any of the earbuds two times.
• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch control zone on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.
• Activate the voice assistant: Press and hold the touch control zone on the right earbud for about 2 seconds.
• Change between the ANC and Ambient sound mode: Press and hold the touch control zone on the left earbud for about 2 seconds.
• Answer and transfer two calls: Press the touch control zone on any of the earbuds three times.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. Also, it can be charged using a wireless charger.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

• A blue light flashes for 1 second: The earbuds turn on.
• A red light flashes for 1 second: The earbuds turn off.
• A blue light flashes quickly: The earbuds are ready to pair.
• Said flashing light turns off: The earbuds are connected.
• A purple light flashes while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging Case

• A green light on: The case has between 30% and 100% of battery.
• A yellow light on: The case has between 10% and 30% of battery.
• A red light on: The case has less than 10% of battery.

How To Reset And Re-Pair The Earbuds?

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the touch control zone on both earbuds for at least 8 seconds, or until a purple light starts flashing.

This will reset the earbuds.

Step 3: Delete all pairing information about the EarFun Free Pro 3 earbuds on the device.

Step 4: Turn off Bluetooth.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Search for a new device.

Step 7: Select the EarFun Free Pro 3 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, the flashing light will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes, these earbuds come with a specialized app called EarFun Audio, and is available in the Play Store and App Store. When you enter the app and connect the earbuds, you can see the battery percentage of the earbuds and the charging case, and you can activate and deactivate the Ambient sound and the Noise Canceling mode. Likewise, you can activate and deactivate the Game mode (which can only be done through the app), modify the equalizer and the different types of sound, and configure the earbuds controls.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
