EMUI 11 Release Date | List of Supported Devices & Phones

Today, Huawei official revealed EMUI 11 release date via a poster that was posted on Weibo. EMUI 11 will launch at the Huawei Developer Conference 2020 on September 10.

EMUI 11 Release Date – New Features

In the teaser, we can see that the phone seems to be looking in the mirror. In the mirror is the world of the future, where phones and refrigerators, microwave ovens, air conditioners, and other home appliances are holding hands. It looks like EMUI 11 has a huge plan for smart home appliances, IoT applications, and smartphones’ simultaneous functioning and synchronization. 

According to the news, Huawei EMUI 11 has made great changes in:

1. AOD design
2. Smart split-screen
3. Comprehensive translation services

The official version of Android 11 is about to be released, and major smartphone brands have already started Android 11 internal testing. A few days ago,  Huawei P40 Pro based on EMUI 11.0 system has obtained Wi-Fi 6 certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance .

From the certification point of view, the bottom layer of the EMUI 11 system on the P40 Pro is Android 10. Previous rumors have it that EMUI 11 on the Mate 40 series is based on Android 11.
