Honor has released two new smartphones from its lineup of Magic. The Honor Magic 5 Pro packs a quad-curved screen that looks good from every angle. Moreover, the falcon camera system lets you capture every moment in high definition. Keep reading as we explore various features of the phone.

Display & Appearance

The Honor Magic 5 Pro packs one of the most beautiful displays available. The 6.81-inch 2848×1312 OLED panel makes every colour pop. With a refresh rate of 120Hz, it makes sure the user experience is smooth. 

Moreover, it has a brightness of 1300 Nits and a local peak brightness of 1800 Nits. It makes it quite visible even in direct sunlight. The phone has the support of 1.07 billion collars, HDR 10+ and IMAX enhanced dual certification for an unforgettable user experience. 

The phone is 8.77mm thick and weighs only 219g in your hand. It has IP68 dustproof and waterproof certification to enjoy the phone freely. It runs on Magic OS 7.1, which is based on Android 13.

Processor & Storage

The Honor Magic 5 Pro is powered by the industry-leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It has LPDDR5x memory combined with UFS 4.0 flash memory to provide a buttery smooth experience to the user. In addition, it has an independent display security chip.

The device has a RAM of 12GB with 512GB of memory storage for all your data. 


The front side of Honor Magic 5 Pro has a single 12MP camera with a 3D deep sensing feature. 

On the rear side, it has a primary lens of 50MP (OIS, f1/6), another 50MP lens (ultra wide), and a third lens is also 50MP (periscope telephoto). 


All these premium specifications require a large battery, and the Honor Magic 5 Pro has one. The 5100mAh battery can be charred with 66W fast charging. Moreover, it also has the support of 50W wireless charging.

However, the company claims that the energy density increased by 12.8% resulting in longer battery time.

The Honor Magic 5 Pro has been released in China and will soon be available in neighbouring markets.
