Honor has officially released the Honor Magic5 Pro, which has a 6.81-inch screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and much more. The device has hit the shelves in China and will soon debut worldwide. It has all the necessary features that genuinely make it a Pro phone. Moreover, it has an Ultimate option for people looking to spend extra.

Design & Appearance

The Honor Magic5 Pro has a massive 6.81 inches OLED four-curved screen. It has a resolution of 2848×1312 with a 120Hz refresh rate. For smoother responsive feedback, it has a 360Hz touch sampling rate.


The second-generation screen focusing technology with a local peak brightness of 1800 Nits makes the device usable indoors and outdoors. It is one of the earliest phones to adapt 2160Hz PWM dimming on the LTPO screen. The screen is vibrant due to a 1.07 billion color display, HDR 10+, and IMAX Enhanced dual certification. 

It has two materials used in the back, a plain leather that weighs 215g. On the other hand, the glass version weighs 219g. However, both variants have the same 8.77mm thick. It has an IP68 rating with infrared remote control.

Processor & Storage

The Honor Magic5 Pro has a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with LPDDR5x memory. Users can choose between 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of fast processing RAM. It is paired with the UFS 4.0 flash memory, which makes everything ultra smooth. As for the storage, it comes in 256GB and 512 GB.


For a better viewing experience, the device comes with an independent display chip to enhance the HDR range. Moreover, it has a separate security chip and RF chip C1.


The Honor Magic5 Pro has a 12MP front camera in the punch hole. It has 3D deep sensing that uses low-power gestures for contactless selfies. 

On the back side, it comes with a triple 50MP camera setup. It has a primary 50MP sensor (1.12’, OIS f1/6), a 50MP super wide angle lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that can zoom up to 100 times. The 8×8 dTOF laser focus system ensures every pic is in focus. 


To power all the excellent specifications, it comes with a 5450mAh battery. The device can be charged with 66W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The power density increased by 12.8% to increase the battery timing.

Network & Connectivity

For better connectivity, the Honor Magic5 Pro comes with Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and USB 3.1. Out of the box, it runs on MagicOS7.1, which is based on Android 13.


Price & Availability

The phone has been released in China and will soon debut in other countries.  It also has an Honor Magic5 Ultimate Edition with extra super curved nano glass ceramic and a Montblanc custom mobile case.
