As the name suggests, Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition is the ultimate device with industry-leading specifications and a heavy price tag. The device comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processing platform, 16GB RAM, up to 1TB device storage, a 6.8-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1280, a 50MP front camera, triple cameras on the back, 5600mAh battery which supports 80W fast charging and much more.

Display & Appearance

The Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition features a vibrant 6.8-inch OLED four-curved screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1280. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate (1-120Hz 8T LTPO) for a smoother experience while saving the battery. The screen has 4320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and is protected by Honor King Kong Rhino glass. It has a global peak brightness of 1600 nits and a local peak brightness of 5000 nits.

The device has a thickness of 8.9mm and weighs around 227g. It supports an IP68 dustproof and waterproof rating, infrared remote control, NFC, and Honor Hongyan satellite communication technology and is equipped with MagicOS 8.0 (Android 14). It is available in various colour options

Processor & Storage

The Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition gets its processing power from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processing platform. It has ultra-wide area liquid cooling (5052m㎡ VC) to keep the device cool even after continuous usage. The self-developed RF enhancement chip HONOR C1+, self-developed energy efficiency enhancement chip HONOR E1 and independent secure storage Chip make the phone perform even better. 

It has LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 flash memory for faster data transfer rates. The device has 16GB RAM and device storage options of 512GB and 1TB.

Camera

The front camera of the Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition is 50MP with a TOF depth sensor. On the rear side, it has triple cameras on the back. The primary lens is 50MP (OmniVision OVH9800), with a 1/1.3 inch sensor size, 15EV dynamic range, F1.4-2.0 variable aperture and OIS. It has other lenses of 50MP ultra-wide angle (1/2.88 inch sensor size) and 180MP periscope telephoto lens (Samsung S5KHP3) with 1/1.49 inch sensor size, 2.5x optical zoom, 100x digital zoom and OIS). The phone also comes with the industry’s first 1200-point lidar array focusing system.

Battery of the Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition

The battery capacity of the Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition is 5600mAh (Second Generation Qinghai Lake Battery) which supports 80W fast charging. It can fully charge the device in just 39 minutes while in normal mode. Whereas, the extreme speed mode charges the device to full in just 36 minutes. The phone also supports 66W wireless charging with the Honor Dujiangyan power management system.

The Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition has been officially released in China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It comes in various variants for users to choose from
