Honor MagicBook X 14 and X 16 Pro Ryzen Edition Released

The world of laptops has two new competitors, the Honor MagicBook X 14 and Honor MagicBook X 16 Pro Ryzen Edition. They come in leading specifications and two sizes of 14 inches and 16 inches. The laptops have a Ryzen R7 processor, 16GB, 512GB memory, 60Wh battery that supports 65W fast charging, and much more.

Display & Appearance

The Honor MagicBook X 14 Ryzen Edition comes with a 16-inch LCD IPS matter screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. It has a screen ratio of 16:10, 300 nit brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, and passed TUV Rheinland hardware low blue light eye protection. To further protect the eyesight of the consumers, it comes with TUV Rheinland Wireless strobe eye protection and supports glory natural light eye protection technology. The Honor MagicBook X 16 Pro Ryzen Editon has the same specs, just in a larger screen of 16 inches.

The 14-inch size has a thickness of 16.5mm and weighs around 1.4kg. On the other hand, the 16-inch size has a 17.9mm thickness and weighs around 1.75kg. All the other specs are the same for both sizes. It has the first release of MagicOS 7. W smart interconnection, allowing AI subtitles, Magic text, Honor notes, network sharing, voice input, application connection, and much more. The laptops have a fingerprint power button, a 720P camera, dual microphones, and dual speakers. It comes in two colors

The Honor MagicBook X 14 and MagicBook X 16 Pro Ryzen Edition come with Ryzen 7 7840HS processor. It has 16GB LPDDR5x 6400Mhz dual channel memory. The devices come with 512GB NVMe PCIe solid-state drive storage.

The laptops come with the leading specs and therefore need heat dissipation. The 14-inch comes with a built-in 90 x 85mm fan, φ10 single heat pipe, and a total heat dissipation area of 20600 mm², with a maximum performance release of 40W. On the other hand, the 16-inch comes with a 100 x 91 mm fan, dual heat pipe, total heat dissipation area of 29700 mm2, and high-performance release of 45W.
