What Huami CEO said could only hint that the world’s first wearable AI chip might be used inside Xiaomi Mi Band 4. Why? Because June 11 is the release date of Mi Band 4. If not then Xiaomi might release another version of Amazfit to feature it, as a surprise release.
Huangshan No. 1 is the collaboration of Xiaomi with other China SoC manufacturers to create the world’s first wearable AI chip.
According to the data, Huangshan No.1 is the first artificial intelligence chip in the global smart wear field launched by Huami Company last year. It is based on the RISC-V open source instruction set and is 38% more efficient than the Arm Cortex-M4 architecture processor.
