Today, Huawei released Huawei MatePad 10.8 which is the first Wi-Fi 6+ tablet by Huawei.
The current MatePad is 10.4 inches and uses Kirin 810 platform. Meanwhile, the MatePad Pro is 10.8 inches and uses Kirin 990. The newly released MatePad 10.8 has the same two parameters as the MatePad Pro which are the 10.8″ screen and Kirin 990 SoC.

Kirin 990 adopts a 7nm process, octa-core CPU, and a 16-core Mali-G76 GPU. Huawei MatePad 10.8 is also Huawei’s first Wi-Fi 6+ tablet, with a transmission rate of up to 2400Mbps.
Considering other specs, MatePad 10.8 uses a 16:10 2K screen, quad-speakers, and M-Pencil as the stylus. There’s also the magnetic keyword addon which weighs only 345g. The tablet runs on a pre-installed EMUI 10.1 system (no Google services; Google Play store etc.).
