iQOO 12 Pro has been officially released with the leading specifications as it is a Pro model. The phone has the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16GB RAM, maximum device storage of 1TB, stunning 6.78-inch OLED screen, 16MP front camera, triple cameras on the back, 5100mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, and much more.

Processor & Storage

The iQOO 12 Pro gets its processing power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It has a self-developed gaming chip Q1 for improved gaming performance. It has a 5705mm stainless steel VC vapor chamber to keep the device cool even after continuous usage. The device has LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 flash memory for faster data transfer rates.

It has 16GB RAM, and device storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

Display & Appearance of the iQOO 12 Pro

The iQOO 12 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch OLED hyperbolic screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1440. It has the first Samsung E7 luminescent material used in the screen reducing power consumption by 9%. It supports a 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate for a smooth user experience. It has a manual maximum brightness of 600nit, global excitation brightness of 1600 nit, and local excitation brightness of 3000nit. The screen supports 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and 10-bit color depth. 

It has a Legend / Track edition that is 8.58mm thick and weighs around 210g. The Rantu edition is 8.75mm and weighs around 205g. It supports NFC, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, infrared remote control, and has a 4D ultrasonic single-point fingerprint. It runs on Origin OS 4 system on the latest Android platform. The iQOO 12 Pro comes with a 16MP front camera (Samsung S5K3P9). On the rear side, it has a triple camera setup. The primary lens is 50MP (VCS OmniVision OV50H, 1/1.3 inch sensor size and OIS). It has a secondary lens of 50MP ultra-wide angle (Samsung S5KJN1 and 150-degree field of view) and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens (OmniVision OV64B, 1/2 inch sensor size and OIS). The camera module supports telephoto macro and flicker sensor. 

Battery

The iQOO 12 Pro has a 5100mAh super graphite battery that supports 120W fast charging. It has 50W wireless fast charging and 10W wireless reverse charging. 

Price & Availability

The iQOO 12 Pro has been officially released in China and will be soon available in other parts of the world. It has various variants for users to choose from

• Priced at 4,999 yuan ($685)  for 16GB+256GB
• 5,499 yuan ($754) for 16GB+512GB
• 5,999 yuan ($823) for 16GB+1TB

The phone boasts the best specs available in the market, but that comes at a price. If you are willing to pay the price, the phone seems like a good option.
