iQOO Neo8 Pro Released | First Phone with Dimensity 9200+

The iQOO Neo8 Pro has been officially released all over China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It has all the latest specifications, making it a Pro phone for consumers. It comes with Dimensity 9200+, 

Release Highlights

Display & Appearance

The iQOO Neo8 Pro has a 6.78 inches OLED straight screen with a resolution of 2800×1260. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate that can switch between 60/90/120/144 for better battery performance. The 1200Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, 1200Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a smooth user experience. It has a maximum of 600nit and 1000nit screen peak brightness, so the phone remains usable even in bright outdoors.  

The phone has a thickness of 8.36mm and weighs around 196.9g for the rock version. It has a thickness of 8.53mm and weighs around 182.3g for the match point version. The device has WiFi 7, NFC, and infrared remote control. Out of the box, the device runs on Origin OS 3 (based on Android 13). The users can choose between three colors

• Match Point (Plain Leather)
• Nigh Rock (Crystal Glass)
• Surf (Enamel Glass)

Processor & Storage

The iQOO Neo8 Pro gets its processing power from the newly released MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ mobile chipset. It has UFS 4.0 flash memory and LPDDR5X memory for faster processing. The device has a Vivo self-developed V1+ chip, 5022mm² VC, three-dimensional cooling system. It allows the users to use the phone for longer without heating up. 

The phone has insane RAM of up to 16GB and memory options of 256GB and 512 GB.

Camera

The iQOO Neo8 Pro comes with a 16MP (Samsung SK53P9, sensor size of 1/3 inch) front lens. On the back side, it has a primary lens of 50MP (Sony IMX866 VC, 1/1.56 inch and OIS) and an 8MP (Omni Vision OV08D10) super wide-angle camera. 

Battery

The battery for the iQOO Neo8 Pro is 5000mAh, which supports 120W fast charging. The phone charges from 1% to 50% in just 9 minutes.

The iQOO Neo8 Pro has been officially released in China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It has two variants for the users to choose from

• 16+256GB priced at 3099 yuan ($438)
• 16+512GB priced at 3399 yuan ($481)
