Today, via the official poster posted on Weibo, vivo announced that it will release the NEX 3 5G flagship in Shanghai on September 16. The theme of this conference is “Unbounded in the Future”, suggesting NEX 3’s “Unbounded Waterfall Screen”.
It is reported that the Vivo NEX 3 5G is the first unbounded waterfall screen with a screen ratio of nearly 100%. It is a smartphone with the highest screen-to-body ratio. The biggest feature of the phone is that the curved screen has a waterfall-like visual effect on both sides, which is highly recognizable.
In the core configuration, vivo NEX 3 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM, 64MP triple rear AI camera, 4500mAh battery capacity, and 44W ultra-fast flash charging.
According to the previous registration of the phone on MIIT, the images confirm that there will be no buttons on the phone but pressure touch instead. It will give vibrating feedback once you press the point.
It is worth noting that the vivo NEX 3 5G retains a 3.5mm headphone jack. Currently, the high-end smartphones are mostly canceling the audio jack, considering this Vivo NEX 3’s design is valuable.
Since the release of the phone is getting closer and closer, more authentic leaks are surfacing the internet. Let’s see what the next render/leak will be!
