The device has a maximum brightness of 500nit and has passed global DC dimming with Rheinland Global eye protection certification. It has dual USB-C ports (USB 3.2 Gen 2), dual X-axis linear motors, and dual speakers.

The front camera of the Legion Y7000 is 8MP. On the rear side, it has dual cameras of 13MP and 2MP macro lens.
