MediaTek Dimensity 8300 has been officially unveiled and will be coming soon in new devices. It is based on a 4nm process, 8 cores of Cortex, has 20% more power generation, energy consumption reduced by 30%, Mali G615 GPU, supports LPDDR5X memory, UFS 4,0 flash memory, and much more.

Specifications of the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Chipset

It is based on TSMC’s second-generation 4nm process. The processor has 1 x 3.35Ghz Cortex A715, 3 x 3.2Ghz Cortex A715, and 4 x 2.2Ghz Cortex A510. It has improved peak performance by 20% and energy consumption reduced by 30%. 

MediaTek Dimensity 8300

The processor has Mali G615 MC6 1400Mhz GPU, it performs 60% better as compared to the last generation while reducing the energy consumption by 55%. The processor is aimed towards making artificial intelligence better by using APU 780. 

It supports LPDDR5x memory and UFS 4.0 flash memory for optimal user experience.
