Motorola S50 to launch with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Enhanced

Motorola S50 has officially made an appearance on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The device will be coming soon but the specs have been released. It will come with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Enhanced Edition, a 6.36-inch OLED hyperbolic screen, a 32MP front camera, triple cameras on the back, a 4310mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging, and much more.

Motorola S50 features a 6.36-inch OLED hyperbolic screen with a resolution of 2670 x 1200. It supports 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR 10+, Dolby Atmos, and is protected by Corning Gorilla 5 protective glass. For a brighter user experience, the screen has a global excitation brightness of 1200nit and a local peak 

The phone has a thickness of 7.79mm and weighs around 172g. It comes with a metal middle frame, plain leather back cover, supports IP68 dust and water resistance, MIL-SPEC 810H military protection, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2. Users can choose between various color options

Processor & Storage of the Motorola S50

For optimal performance, the Motorola S50 packs Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 enhanced edition, the same chipset is used in Honor 90. It has 1 x 2.5Ghz Cortex-A710, 3 x 2.36Ghx Cortex-A710 and 4 x 1.8Ghz Cortex-A510. The processor is paired with Adreno 644 GPU, LPDDR4x memory, and UFS2.2 flash memory. 

Cameras of the Motorola S50

On the front side, the Motorola S50 comes with a 32MP lens for all your selfies. Whereas, the rear side has triple cameras for optimal photos and videos. The primary lens is 50MP with secondary lenses of 13MP ultra-wide angle and 10MP telephoto lens (3x).

The battery capacity of the Motorola S50 is 4310mAh which supports 68W fast charging. It also supports 15W wireless charging for optimal user experience.
