Nubia Z50S Pro Debuts with 16GB RAM and 1TB Storage

After a lot of anticipation and building up, the Nubia Z50S Pro has been officially released with some of the best performance specs. It comes with the industry-leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, RAM options up to 16GB, device storage up to 1TB, stunning 6.78 inch flexible OLED, 5100mAh battery, and much more.

The Nubia Z50S Pro features a vibrant 6.78 inches flexible OLED straight screen that has a resolution of 2800 x 1260. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate for a smoother user experience. It has 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and global DC-like dimming. The device has a local peak brightness of 1200nit, 10bit color depth, and Jiguang protective glass for durability. It has UL platinum level low light eye protection and supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. 

The device has a thickness of 8.6mm and weighs around 228g, which makes the device a bit heavy. It has USB 3.1 Gen1 port, infrared remote control, custom physical sliding keys on the side, and runs on MyOS 13 system. The device comes in three colors.

Processor & Storage

The Nubia Z50S Pro gets its processing power from Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It has a 4233mm² VC vapor chamber, and the total heat dissipation area is 42833mm²; for high performance while keeping the device cool. 

The device has LPDDR5X memory options of 12GB and 16GB. It has memory options of 256GB and 1TB. The 256GB has UFS 4.0 flash memory, while the 1TB version has UFS 3.1 flash memory.

Camera

The front side of the Nubia Z50S Pro has a 16MP camera lens (OmniVision OV16AQ). On the rear side, it has a triple camera setup. The primary lens is 50MP (Sony IMX800, 1/1.49 inch sensor size, f1/59 aperture, focal length of 35mm). It has secondary lenses of 50MP ultra-wide angle (OmniVision OV50D40) and a 8MP telephoto lens (Hynix Hi847 that supports OIS)

Battery

The Nubia Z50S Pro has a battery size of 5100mAh that supports 80W fast charging through (USB 3.1 Gen1).

The Nubia Z50S Pro has been officially released in China and will soon be available in other parts of the world. It comes in variant options for users to choose from
