The OnePlus 12 comes with a vibrant 6.82-inch OLED oriental screen with a resolution of 3216 x 1440. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate with LTPO 3.0 for a smoother user experience while providing the best battery backup. The screen has a global stimulation brightness of 1600nit and a local peak brightness of 4500nit making it usable even in sunny outdoor. It also has 3 EM Pulse+1 like DC dimming, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, supports rain touch, and Dolby Vision Display. The screen has a 10-bit color depth and is protected by Corning Gorilla Victus Glass.

The OnePlus 12 is powered by the industry-leading Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It has a 9140mm² 10,000-level single VC and Tiangong cooling system Proto to keep the device cool even after continuous usage. The device has a Pixelworks X7 independent display chip. 

It has LPPDRR5X memory and UFS 4,0 flash memory for faster data processing. The RAM options of the device are 12GB, 16GB and 24GB. It has device storage memory options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

The front camera of the OnePlus 12 is 32MP (Sony IMX615). It has triple cameras on the back to provide the best photos and videos. The primary lens is 50MP (Sony LYT 808, 1/1.4 inch sensor size and OIS). It has another lens of 48MP ultra wide-angle macro (Sony IMX581), 64MP latent camera telephoto (Ovi OV64B and OIS), and 13 13-channel multispectral sensors.
