OnePlus 6 leaks have been trending for half a year now, since the release of OnePlus 5T in winters of 2017. OnePlus only ultimate flagship is expected to launch this May 16 in London. Furthermore, there’s a pop-up event where the smartphone will also land in Milan on May 21. So, every day, the hype around OnePlus 6 is skyrocketing. Today, we have the best leak so far. Getting into the details, OnePlus 6 underwent the TENAA certification (MIIT) needed for every newly manufactured Chinese smartphone. In the database, the flagship goes by the model name ‘A6000’ in OnePlus 6 specification sheet.
Concerning the exposure, OnePlus 6 integrates a 6.28-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution (2280 x 1080 pixels) and the notch in the upper part (18: 9 ratio). As seen in the sheet, the device occupies a space of 155.7 x 75.35mm and is only 7.75 mm in thickness. It weighs 179 grams which are relatively ideal for a premium glass + metal chassis flagship.
Under the hood, we have the 2.45 GHz octa-core SoC which is obviously Snapdragon 845. The SoC is coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of ROM, which is the only variant mentioned on TENAA. We believe that there’s an 8GB exclusive version as well, and 128GB storage version as well.
On the rear, the dual 20 + 16 MP camera is present. Meanwhile, on the front, we have the 16MP selfie shooter. The flagship runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 3300mAh battery.
Obviously, TENAA withheld from publishing the images of the device, this time. All we know is that the phone will be made of glass and there’s a Marvel Avengers version rumored to be released as well.
