Redmi Note 8 Pro AnTuTu Score Leaked – Beats Snapdragon 7-series!

On August 23, the AnTuTu score of Redmi Note 8 Pro was leaked on Weibo by some users.

From the leaked screenshot, the Redmi Note 8 Pro scored around 281,033 points (AnTuTu V8). Getting in the details, the CPU score is 95,762 points, GPU 79,755 points, MEM 59,406 points, and UX 46,110 points.

As a comparison, the Snapdragon 845 AnTuTu score is 330,000 points, and Snapdragon 855 reaches 390,000 points. This AnTuTu score of Redmi Note 8 Pro marks the flagship in the upper mid-end category.

Redmi Note 8 Pro debuts the MediaTek Helio G90T SpC. Xiaomi Group Vice President and Redmi brand general manager ‘Lu Weibing’ said that G90T uses the latest ARM Cortex-A76 architecture, which is currently the top CPU architecture on the market. According to ARM official description, A76 is a product with “notebook performance level”.

From AnTuTu score the performance of MediaTek G90T can indeed exceed or even surpass the Snapdragon 7 series, especially in the well-optimized Redmi Note series where the price is more prominent.

Furthermore, Redmi Note 8 Pro also includes 18W fast charge, NFC and infrared port. However, the non-pro or the standt Note 8 hardware will be adjusted where the CPU may be downgraded to Snapdragon 665/Helio G90, and the camera from 64MP to 48MP Sony IMX586.
