The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a stunning 14.6 inches Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen that supports 120Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+ and has a resolution of 1848 x 2960. The device has a screen ratio of 16:10 and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It runs on One UI 5.1 ( based on Android 13) and has IP68 dust/water resistance.

The device has a thickness of 5.5mma and weighs around 723g, making it a bit heavier than other devices. It supports Stylus at 2.8ms latency and Samsung Dex for better productivity. The device has a fingerprint sensor under the display and comes in two colors.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 Tab Ultra gets its processing power from Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4nm) chipset. It is an octa-core processor ( 1 x 3.36Ghz Cortex X3, 2 x 2.8Ghz Cortex A715, 2 x 2.8Ghz Cortex A710, and 3 x 2.0Ghz Cortex A510) and has Adreno 740 GPU. 

The device comes in RAM options of 12GB and 16 GB. As for memory options, users can choose between 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. It even has a dedicated slot for microSDXC. 

Camera

The front of the Samsung Galaxy S9 Tab Ultra comes with a dual camera setup of 12MP ultrawide (f/2.4 and 120-degree field of view) and 12MP (f/2.2 and 26mm focal length). It has a dual camera setup on the back. The primary lens is 13MP (f/2.0 and 26mm focal length) and 8MP (f/2.2 ultrawide).
