Samsung Bringing One UI 4.0 Beta (Android 12) Update To Galaxy S21 Series

Today, Samsung announced on its own forum that it will soon start the One UI 4.0 beta program for the Galaxy S21 series. However, the exact release date was not issued by the South Korean company. However, one thing is for sure that the new One UI version will be bringing the new Android 12 OS as well.


Rumors have it that Samsung One UI 4.0 will start the beta testing program in August. The new One UI 4.0 is expected to feature new icons and color changes, and will also add the ‘Material You’ design language of Android 12, and perform Snapdragon 888 / Exynos 2100 optimizations. It may also modify Samsung’s own “Notes” application, because many devices now have S-Pen.

Furthermore, some sources speculate the release date of the UI on November or early December, while some consider it to be released at the Galaxy Unpacker event.
