Regarding its charge, it is worth noting that these headphones are partially charged at the factory. Having said that, you have to make sure you fully charge them so you can use it the first time.

• Connect the charging port with any USB charging adapter or USB port of the computer with the computer turned on so that it can supply charge.
• Charging will automatically start with the red LED
• The headset will be fully charged when the LED indicator turns blue.

Note: The LED indicator will blink red when the battery is low, and you will hear a voice message “Battery low. Recharge the headset as soon as possible”. Please charge the earphone at least once every three months when you don’t use it for a long time to avoid breaking the battery.

Important to know that before you can pair these headphones, you have to put them in “pairing mode”.

• Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices and make sure your headphones are nearby so you can pair the SoundPEATS TrueFree Plus.
• With the headphones turned off, press and hold the multifunction button for about 8 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately with a voice message saying “Pairing”. This is when you will have the headphones in pairing mode.
• Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and search for the closest Bluetooth connection and “SoundPEATS TrueFree Plus” should appear in the search result. Select the earpiece to connect it, once done you will be able to hear a voice that says “Connected” and you will see the LED with a flashing blue light.

SoundPEATS TrueFree Plus Manual | Double pairing

An amazing feature that these headphones have is that they are able to pair to two devices simultaneously as follows:

• Follow the basic pairing instructions to be able to connect your device.
• Once this is done, disable the Bluetooth function of your first device and turn off the SoundPEATS TrueFree Plus headphones.
• Following the basic Bluetooth connection instructions again, connect the new device.
• Once this device is connected, turn the Bluetooth on the first device back on and connect to the SoundPEATS TrueFree Plus headset. After this, you can now enjoy the connection on both devices and you can receive or make calls from both devices.

Note: Although you can pair the two devices, only one of them can play music with one headset at a time. To switch between the two devices, just pause on the main device and play on the new previously paired device to be able to play the music there.

1. If a PIN code is required for pairing, try entering “0000” or “8888”.
2. If you want to pair the headset with another device, you must first turn off the headset then press and hold the multifunction button for 8 seconds. The LED indicator will flash alternately red and blue and then follow the instructions mentioned above.
3. The headset will stay in pairing mode for up to five minutes if it cannot find a device to connect to, then it will automatically turn off.
4. The maximum operating range at which the Bluetooth headset can operate is 10 meters.
