As we have seen in other phones of the Chinese manufacturer’s Z line, with the new Vivo Z1X we talk about a mid-range model that must be able to compete in price and quality with the strong competitors there are in the country, and perhaps it got it. Vivo Z1x launched in India - This Are Its Specs!

We have long been seeing how multiple camera systems move through the market and triples already invade the middle ranges in almost all price ranges. With the Vivo Z1X, exactly the same thing happens, and we run into a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a resolution that is standardized at high speed and is here accompanied by a lens with aperture f / 1.79.

The other two cameras are 8 megapixels and 2 megapixels lens, the first with f / 2.2 aperture and a 120º lens for wide-angle photography, and the second with f / 2.4 lens and with the only mission of taking depth readings. The phone also comes with LED flash, and has an additional 32 megapixels f / 2.0 camera on the front of the phone, on the screen notch, for selfies.

On the other hand, the screen mentioned here is a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED with a 19.5:9 ratio and Full HD + resolution, which leaves us 2,340 x 1,080 pixels in the panel. We have a contrast ratio of 60,000: 1 and protection with SCHOTT Xensation Glass. Also, under this screen, which has the built-in fingerprint reader, we’ll find a 4,500mAh battery with a fast charging of 22.5W.

The brain of this Vivo Z1X is the Snapdragon 712 eight-core 2.3GHz with Adreno 616 GPU, supported on 6GB of RAM and with two storage options: 64GB and 128GB, both without microSD. The phone is a Dual SIM 4G with Wifi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, headphone jack and USB Type-C port. Also, it comes with Android 9 Pie under Fun Touch 9.1.

Versions and price

As we said before, the phone is presented in India and at the moment there is no more price than the local. Since the brand does not sell mobile phones even in the international market, it is assumed that prices for China and little else will be known soon. Meanwhile, this is the price of the Vivo Z1X launched in India:

  • Vivo Z1X with 6GB / 64GB: 16,990 rupees or $237.
  • Vivo Z1X with 6GB / 128GB: Rs. 18,999 or $265.
