Xiaomi 12S Pro To Be Available In Glass & Leather Options

Today, Weibo user @Digital Chat Station posted that the Pro version of the Xiaomi 12S series will feature two built materials including a pure white glass version and a plain leather version as well.

Interestingly, the plain leather version is lighter (204 grams) than the glass version (205 grams).

A picture of the phone was also published, highlighting the rear body. From the image, it appears that the Xiaomi 12S Pro will also feature a Leica imaging system consisting of triple rear cameras. The primary camera is expected to be 50MP and the label embedded on the lens is Leica VARIO-SUMMICRON, f/1.9-f2.4, 14mm-50mm, and supports 2x optical zoom.

In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi 12S Pro uses a 2K AMOLED full screen and features the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ flagship SoC. This chip is based on TSMC’s 4nm process and supports 120W wired flash charging.

The Xiaomi 12S Pro release date is expected to be July 4. The phone will accompany with Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and other models will also be revealed at that time.
