Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro is launched with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Chip

Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro has made its way to Chinese markets, with premium build quality, high-end specifications, and a heavy price tag. The device comes with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, up to 16GB RAM, a maximum of 512GB device storage, a 6.55-inch OLED slightly curved screen, dual 32MP front camera, triple cameras on the back, 4700mAh battery which supports 67W fast charging and much more.

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro gets its processing power from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It makes the phone the first device to use the chip. The processor is based on TSMC 4nm architecture with Adreno 735 GPU. It has 1 x 3.0Ghz Cortez X4 core, 4 x 2.8Ghz Cortex A720 cores and 3 x 2.0Ghz Cortex A-520 cores. The phone has a 4184mm² annular cold pump cooling system to keep the device cool.

It has LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 flash memory for faster data transfer rates. The RAM options for the device are 12GB and 16 GB. It has device storage options of 256GB and 512 GB. 

Display & Appearance

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro features a stunning 6.55-inch OLED full-depth slightly curved screen. It is made of CSOT C8 luminescent material with a resolution of 2750 x 1236. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a smoother user experience. It has a manual maximum brightness of 700nit, global excitation 

The phone has a thickness of 7.45mm and weighs around 179.3g, while the spring wild green has a thickness of 7.75mm and weighs around 177.6g. The device supports under-screen fingerprint, NFC, and infrared remote control and is equipped with Xiaomi Pascal OS. It has various color options for users to choose from

Cameras of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro

The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro has dual cameras on the front for optimal selfies and video calls. The primary lens on the front is 32MP (Samsung S5K3D2) with f2.0 and a 0.78-inch sensor size. It has another lens of 32MP ultra-wide angle (Samsung S5K3D2) with f/2.4 with a 100-degree view. The front camera also has a soft ling right for improved user experience.

On the rear side, it has quad cameras for optimal photos and videos. The primary lens is 50MP (OmniVision Light Hunter 800) with a 1/1.55″ sensor size, OIS, and f/1.63 aperture. It has other lenses of 12MP ultra-wide angle (OmniVision OV13B10) with f/2.2 aperture. The remaining camera is a 50MP portrait telephoto (Samsung S5KJN1) with f/1.90 aperture and a Leica Summilux lens.
