Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Geekbench Scores – Not different From Mi 10 Score!

Mi 10 and Mi 10 pro have same performance!

Yesterday, Lei Jun announced the Geekbench 5.0 test results of Xiaomi Mi 10. The single-core performance was as high as 934 points, 20% higher than the Snapdragon 855 +, and the multi-core running score was 3464 points. Today, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has also appeared on Geekbench 5.1. Equipped with Snapdragon 865 platform, according to Geekbench 5.1 test results, the single-core score is 904 points and multi-core is 3290 points.

Model Mi 10 (Geekbench 5.0) Mi 10 Pro (Geekbench 5.1)
Single-Core Score 934 904
Multi-Cores Score 3464 3290

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro

Looking at the results, the Geekbench score of Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is basically the same as the Xiaomi Mi 10 score announced by Lei Jun yesterday. It can be seen that Xiaomi Mi 10 series models do not distinguish each other by their performance differences. The slight difference is because of the version differences, and other conditions such as temperature, battery, etc when the test was started.

Snapdragon 865 uses 1 + 3 + 4 octa-core architectures, 1 super large core + 3 large cores + 4 small cores, the super large core, and large core are A77, and the small core is A55.

According to ARM data, the performance of A77 is improved by 20% compared with A76. This is a very big improvement. The advantages of SD 865 are as follow:

  1. The first has multiple branch instruction execution units, the branch instruction execution unit is twice the A76,
  2. Double branch prediction bandwidth.
  3. The branch target buffer increased by 33%.
  4. 50% increase in instruction distribution bandwidth.
  5. The out-of-order execution window increased by 25%.
  6. Add the fourth ALU
