[Exclusive] Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 5G Gets EEC certification: New MIUI for Tablets

Previously, Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 5G got registered for 5G networking. Today, the upcoming Xiaomi tablet also gets EEC certification. This also means that the tablet is about to debut. 

One of Xiaomi’s insiders told us that the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 5G will feature a brand new MIUI optimized and adapted to tablets only.

The current rival ‘Huawei’ has introduced multi-screen collaboration functions on the tablet, breaking the barrier between the tablet and smartphone, allowing the content between the phone and the tablet to be seamlessly transferred to each other.

Specifically, the multi-screen collaboration function refers to the ability to display the screen content of the smartphone on the Huawei tablet, and to operate the phone screen on the Huawei tablet, which can quickly transfer the content on a Huawei phone to the Huawei tablet.

Now that the MIUI team has made deep optimizations to the tablet, it is expected that there will be a new breakthrough in the tablet system experience, which is worth looking forward to.

In terms of core configuration, the Mi Pad 5 5G is expected to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 flagship processor. This is also the first 5G tablet by Xiaomi.
