Xiaomi has released a new WiFi router called Xiaomi Router 7000, providing good internet speeds and reliable signals. The device has been released worldwide but with a different name, Xiaomi Router BE7000. It comes with Qualcomm quad-core 1.5Ghz processor, 7 external antennas, 1 internal antenna, and much more.

Specifications of the Xiaomi Router 7000

The overall appearance of the new router has not changed much, as Xiaomi has worked harder to improve the internals. It has a main powerhouse of Qualcomm Quad-core 1.5Ghz Cortex A73 processor and 1GB memory. The processor and storage will help provide unmatched performance to the users.

As for the modes, it supports both dual-band (2.4GHz Wi-Fi 4× 4 with a peak 1147.1Mbps) + 5GHz Wi-Fi 4×4 with a peak 5764.8Mbps, and tri-band mode (2.4GHz, 5.2GHz, 5.8GHz). The modes can be changed manually.

There are 7 external antennas on the router to expand the connectivity area and one internal antenna. They all work together to provide four 2.5G network ports and 1 USB3.0 port.

The Xiaomi Router 7000 has made its way to the shelves of Chinese stores. However, overseas the product is termed Router BE700. It is available at a pre-sale for a limited time.
