Now, before we begin let’s first clarify what needs to be clarified, while we admit that the ALLDOCUBE Kbook 13.5 inch is an absolutely outstanding laptop with a jaw-dropping design and beautiful HD graphics, it also feels that it just falls short or that it is a step back when we compare it to the Thinker i35.

But how can we declare that the Thinker i35 is better than the ALLDOCUBE Kbook 13.5 inch? Well, let’s compare them both, shall we?

Alldocube Kbook 13.5 inch & Alldocube Thinker i35 – Is new always better?

Design & appearance

When it comes to the design, Alldocube never disappoints, as both laptops are astonishingly beautiful and stylish, the two giving a sophisticated air that only Alldocube knows how to give to their products, but still, let’s take a closer look at both individually and see what makes them different.

The Thinker i35’s chassis is made out of a magnesium alloy, which, upon being opened up will present you with an amazing 13.5 inch LCD panel.

The laptop itself only occupies a space of 313 x 237 x 14 mm and only weighs 1.7 kg making it rather light in weight and easy to carry around, and the only logo it has it’s the Thinker one in the upper left side of the screen, making it look elegant and classy.

The Alldocube Kbook 13.5 inch is rather similar, only this one has a lightweight aluminum alloy and it’s almost unnoticeable thicker, standing at a 15.45 mm but making it up with its lower weight, which is only 1.5 kg, as for its dimensions, it is pretty much the same as the Thinker i35, 321 x 238 x 15 mm, and it, as its name indicates, also has a 13.5 inch screen.

Screen & Display

As previously mentioned, they both come with a 13.5 inch screen, both with a 3000 x 2000 resolution in which it is more than a pleasure just to relax and watch your favorite movies or relive those beautiful moments you took pictures and/or videos of, and thanks to the HD graphics it will feel as if you were actually there again. They are just that good. Both are made for increasing productivity thanks to the 4:3 screen ratio which allows more data to appear on one screen.

While the Thinker i35 comes integrated with an Intel HD Graphics 615 the Kbook only comes with an Intel HD Graphics 515 which is not all that bad for a laptop not focused on gaming, but it does feel weird when you consider that the Kbook is the newest laptop and the Thinker i35 has been in the market for two years at the moment that this preview was published, that’s a point for the Thinker i35.

Hardware & Interface

The Thinker i35 has an Intel Kabylake 7Y30 Dual Core processor with two cores that work at a frequency of 1.0 GHz up to 2.6GHz, which will offer you a smooth experience while operating it. Its OS is Windows 10, which is both, easy to use and pleasing to look at.

It has an 8GB RAM LDDRP3 CPU for advanced multitasking substantial high-bandwidth RAM with which you won’t have any troubles at the moment of running your games, cherished pictures or even some video editors of your preference. The notebook can store up to 256GB worth of your photos, videos, important files, and programs that you may use in your daily life or at your workplace.

Now, let’s talk about ALLDOCUBE Kbook 13.5-inch.

It has an Intel Core M3 – 6Y30 Dual Core 0.9 GHz up to 2.2GHz, it provides an ultra-low-voltage platform and dual-core processing which maximizes the high-efficient power. Which, again, while it is perfectly fine, it’s still outclassed by the Thinker i35 in that regard.

Windows OS about

Just like the Thinker i35, its OS is also Windows 10.

It also provides an 8GB RAM for advanced multitasking, much like its predecessor, and just as it is the case with the Thinker i35, this means that should you decide to buy a Kbook 13.5 inch, you won’t have problems running your games, seeing your pictures, watching the videos that you may have and even edit them.

Now, unlike its predecessor, the Kbook 13.5 inch can hold up to a big 512GB worth of your files, music, videos and more.
