How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

A white light will start flashing on the earbuds, meaning that they will now be ready to pair with any device.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Search for a new device.

Step 6: Select the soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”.

After that, a white light will be on for 1 second and it will start flashing, and the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

Step 2: Press and hold the touchpad on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. A white light will flash and they will enter pairing mode.

Dual Connections

There are two ways to connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices at the same time:

Option A

Step 1: Take the earbuds out of the case and place them into the ear canal.

Step 2: Press and hold the touchpad on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. They will enter pairing mode.

Option B

Step 1: On the Soundcore app, go to the settings.

Step 2: Select Dual Connections.

Step 3: Select Connect New device.

The touchpad is placed on the upper part of the body of the earbuds.

• Auto-pause a song: Take the earbuds out of the ear canal.
• Auto-play a song: Place the earbuds into the ear canal.

• Play the next song: Press the touchpad on the right earbud two times.

After pairing the earbuds, place one of them into the charging case and close its lid. The other earbud will start working by itself.

Step 3: Press and hold the button on the case for about 10 seconds, or until a white light flashes three times. The earbuds will reset.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. Also, it can be charged using a wireless charger.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

• A white light flashes when the lid is opened: The earbuds are ready to pair.
• A white light on for 1 second, and then starts flashing: The earbuds are now connected.

Charging Case

• A short red light flashes while charging: The case has less than 20% of battery.
• A short white light flashes while charging: The case has between 20% and 60% of battery.
• A long white light flashes while charging: The case has between 60% and 99% of battery.
• A white light on for 5 minutes while charging: The case is fully charged.
• A short red light flashes with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have less than 20% of battery.
• A short white light flashes with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have between 20% and 60% of battery.
• A long white light flashes with the earbuds inside: The earbuds have between 60% and 100% of battery.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes, these earbuds work hand in hand with a specially made app called Soundcore, which is available in the Play Store and App Store. After opening the app and pairing the earbuds, you will not only be able to see the earbuds’ and charging cases’ battery percentage, but also some other options will appear:

You will be able to switch between the Ambient Sound modes (Noise Cancellation, normal, and Transparency mode) and activate or deactivate the Wind Noise Reduction, but there is also the possibility to configure the different sound effects. On the other hand, there are features such as a fitting test, customizing the equalizer, and changing the controls of the earbuds.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
