How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn On

Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, a white light will flash, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 2 seconds. After that, a white light will flash, and the earbuds will turn on.

Turn Off

Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Manually: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 4 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn off.

How To Pair The Earbuds?

To Google Fast Pair Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out.

Step 2: Place the case close to the Google Fast Pair device.

Step 3: Accept the on-screen setup.

To Android And iOS Devices

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, a white light will flash, and the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

A white light will start flashing, and the earbuds will be ready to pair.

Step 2: Unlock the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the device’s settings.

Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Search for a new device.

Step 6: Select the ATH-TWX7 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”. A white light will flash in 5-second intervals.

After that, a white light will flash slowly, the “Connected” voice prompt will sound, and the pairing will be done.

To Windows (PC)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, a white light will flash, and the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other.

Step 7: Select the ATH-TWX7 earbuds. If a password is needed, type “0000” or “1234”. A white light will flash in 5-second intervals.

Multipoint Connection

These earbuds support multipoint connection, but it has to be activated under the “Connected Device Management” section in the Connect app.

Forced Pairing Mode

If the pairing can’t be canceled or is not successful, you can use the forced pairing mode to perform the pairing again.

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 4 seconds, or until an orange light turns on.

Step 3: Take the earbuds out of the case.

The earbuds will enter pairing mode.

How To Control These Earbuds?

NOTE: The touch sensor is placed on the upper part of the body of the earbuds, and the multifunction button is on the side of the body of the earbuds.

• Pause and play a song: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud one time.
• Play the next song: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud two times.
• Play the previous song: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud three times.
• Return to the start of the song: Press the touch sensor on the right earbud three times.
• Turn the volume up: Press the touch sensor on the left earbud one time.
• Turn the volume down: Press the touch sensor on the left earbud two times.
• Answer an incoming call: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds one time.
• End a current call: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.
• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.
• Cancel a call: Press and hold the touch sensor on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.
• Mute/unmute the microphone Press the touch sensor on the right earbud two times.
• Activate/deactivate the Talk-through mode: Press the touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging Case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. Also, it can be charged using a wireless charger.

What Do The Lights Mean?

Earbuds

• A white light flashes when taken out of the case: The earbuds turn on.
• A white light flashes: The earbuds will be ready to pair.
• A white light flashes with 5-second intervals: The earbuds are connecting.
• A white light flashes slowly: The earbuds are now connected.
• A light on while on the charging case: The earbuds are charging.
• No light on while on the charging case: The earbuds are fully charged/the case has no battery.
• An orange light on: The earbuds have a low battery level.
• An orange light on while forcing the pairing: The earbuds are being configured.
• An orange light on while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

Charging Case

• An orange light on while charging: The case has a low battery level.
• A yellow light on while charging: The case has a medium battery level.
• A green light on while charging: The case has a high battery level.
• A green light on for 7 seconds and turns off while charging: The case is fully charged.
• An orange light flashes two times: The case has no battery.
• An orange light flashes quickly while charging: There was a charging error.
• A red light flashes: There was an error detected.
• An orange light flashes one time slowly when the lid is open/closed: The case has a low battery level.
• A yellow light flashes one time slowly when the lid is open/closed: The case has a medium battery level.
• A green light flashes one time slowly when the lid is open/closed: The case has a high battery level.
• An orange light flashes two times quickly when the lid is open/closed: The case has no battery.

How To Reset These Earbuds?

Step 1: Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.

Step 2: Press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for about 10 seconds. An orange light will turn on.

Step 3: After 10 seconds, release the touch sensors and take the earbuds out of the case.

This will reset the earbuds

Step 4: Delete the ATH-TWX7 earbuds from the devices’ Bluetooth list.

The Earbuds’ Voice Prompts

The earbuds play English voice guidance in the following situations. Use the Connect app to change the voice guidance language.

• Connected: The earbuds are now connected.
• Disconnected: The earbuds are disconnected.
• Noise-cancelling: The ANC mode is on.
• Hear-through: The Hear-through mode is on.
• Off: The ANC mode is on.
• Talk-through: The Talk-through mode is on.
• Low latency: The Low latency mode is on.
• Low latency off: The Low latency mode is off.
• Max: The maximum volume was reached.
• Minimum: The minimum volume was reached.
• Mic off: The microphone is on mute.
• Mic off: The microphone is working.
• Low battery: The earbuds have a low battery level.
• Please recharge: The earbuds have no battery left.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Yes, these earbuds have an app specially made for them, called Connect, which is available for iOS and Android devices. With it, you will be able to see the battery percentage of the connected earbuds, as well as configure the volume, pause, continue or skip a song, configure the audio through the selection of audio codecs and the equalizer, and activate and configure noise canceling features.

In addition to that, the app also allows you to configure the earbuds’ audio in a specific way, as well as the various controls, it also provides extra information.

How to Activate The Mono Mode?

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
