How To Pair The Earbuds?       

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and pair with each other automatically.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 4: Select “AUKEY EP-N5 ANC”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will turn on and pair with each other automatically.

Step 7: Select “AUKEY EP-N5 ANC”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

How To Activate The Mono Mode?

Step 1: Take the left or right earbud out of the charging case.

Step 2: Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair with the earbud.

Step 3: From the list of available devices, find and select “AUKEY EP-N5 ANC”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Insert the earbuds into the canal of the ears. Turn them around and make sure to find the most comfortable position.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case with the earbuds inside. They will automatically turn on.

Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically turn off.

NOTE: The touch-sensitive panel is placed on the top part of the stem of the earbuds.

• Play and pause music: Tap the touch-sensitive panel on any of the earbuds once.
• Play the next song: Double-tap the touch-sensitive panel on the right earbud.
• Play the previous song: Double-tap the touch-sensitive panel on the left earbud.
• Answer an incoming call: Tap the touch-sensitive panel on any of the earbuds once.
• End a call: Touch and hold the touch-sensitive panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Reject an incoming call: Touch and hold the touch-sensitive panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Activate the Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch-sensitive panel on any of the earbuds.

How To Activate The ANC Mode?

To turn on or off the Active Noise Canceling feature on the Aukey EP-N5 ANC, all you have to do is to touch and hold the touch-sensitive panel on the left or right earbud for 2 seconds.

How To Charge The Earbuds?      

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

Charging case

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is plug a 5V USB Type-C cable into the port on the charging case. It will start charging automatically.

How To Reset These Earbuds?

Step 1: Make sure both earbuds are off and placed in the charging case. Take one of the earbuds out.

Step 2: Tap the touch-sensitive panel on said earbud 5 times, and then the earbud will enter pairing mode.

NOTE: keep one earbud in the charging case, and the lid closed, when you operate the other one.

Step 3: Tap the touch-sensitive panel on said earbud 7 times to clear the previous pairing list, and the earbud will automatically turn off.

Step 4: Take the other earbud out of the charging case and repeat the previous steps 2 & 3.

Step 5: After that, place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Step 6: Open the lid again, and both earbuds will turn on automatically and be ready to pair.

What Do The Lights Mean?     

Earbuds

• Green and red light flashing alternately: Earbuds ready to pair.
• Green light flashing: Earbuds reconnecting.
• Red light on: Earbuds charging.
• Red light off: Earbuds fully charged.

Charging case

• Green light flashing: Case charging.
• Green light on: Case fully charged.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
