Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds. Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears. Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears. Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth. How To Turn On And Off? Turn On Automatically: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically. Turn Off Automatically: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically. How To Pair The Earbuds? To Android And iOS Devices Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically and pair with each other. The earbuds will now be ready to pair with any device. Step 2: Unlock the desired device. Pause a song: Take the earbuds out of the ear canal. Play a song: Place the earbuds into the ear canal. Answer an incoming call: Press the touch control area on any of the earbuds two times. End a current call: Press the touch control area on any of the earbuds two times. Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the touch control area on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds. Activate the voice assistant: Press the touch control area on any of the earbuds three times. Change between the ANC and Transparency mode: Press and hold the touch control area on any of the earbuds for about 1.5 seconds (ANC>Normal>Transparency). Change between the BISA mode: Press the touch control area on any of the earbuds two times (Music>Theater>Normal). NOTE: Playing the next and previous songs are controls supported by these earbuds, but they have to be activated using the Baseus app. How To Reset The Earbuds? Step 1: Open the lid of the case and keep the earbuds inside. Step 2: Press and hold the button on the case for about 5 seconds, or until a red and white light flashes three times simultaneously. This will reset the earbuds. How To Charge The Earbuds? Earbuds To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is place them into the charging case and close its lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically. Charging Case To charge the charging case, all you have to do is connect the case to a USB charger or charging port. It will start charging automatically. What Do The Lights Mean? Charging Case A red light flashes while charging: The case is charging. A white light on while charging: The case is fully charged. A white light flashes and turns off after 1 to 2 minutes with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are charging. A red light on and turns off after 5 seconds: The case has less than 20% of battery. A white light on and turns off after 5 seconds: The case has between 21% and 100% of battery. A red and white light flashes three times while resetting: The earbuds are resetting. Do These Earbuds Have An App? Yeah! These earbuds work hand in hand with a specially made app called Baseus, which is available in the Play Store and App Store. After opening the app and pairing the earbuds, you will be able to see the earbuds’ battery percentage, in addition to various options such as configuring the audio of the earbuds, the Ambient sound and the multiple EQ modes, configuring the controls as needed, in addition to also having the possibility of locating the earbuds and general settings of the app. Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device.
