Blitzwolf BW FYE7 Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 3 seconds; after that, the earbuds will turn on.

When a blue and red light starts flashing on the right earbud, and blue light starts flashing on the left one, they will be ready to pair to any device.

Step 2: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 3: Select “BW-FYE7”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 4: After that, the lights will turn off, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Automatically

Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Turn on: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for about 3 seconds. After that, the earbuds will turn on.

Step 1: Disconnect the earbuds from any connected device.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds for around 3 to 4 seconds, until a red light starts flashing and you hear a tone.

Step 3: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds again until you hear the audible tone of Blitzwolf.

Step 4: Press and hold the multifunction touch button on both earbuds one last time, for around 15 to 20 seconds.

Step 5: After that, the resetting will be done.

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the desired earbud out. If it’s the right one, a red and blue light will start flashing, and if it’s the left earbud, a blue light will start flashing.

• Red light flashing: Earbuds have low battery.
• Light on while charging: Earbuds charging.
• Light off while charging: Earbuds fully charged.

Charging case

• One light flashing: Case has 0% to 25% of battery.
• One light on and one light flashing: Case has 25% to 50% of battery.
• Two lights on and one light flashing: Case has 50% to 75% of battery.
• Three lights on and one light flashing: Case has 75% to 99% of battery.
• All lights on: Case has 100% of battery.
• All lights turn off while charging: Case fully charged.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
