This application is available in the Apple Store and in the Play Store for iOS and Android devices. Opening page: When opening the application, the first thing we have to do is connect the earbuds. The same application will give the options of different products, and you have to choose the “Headphones & frames” option, and look for the earbuds. Once connected, these will appear as soon as the application is opened. Main page: Here you can not only see the battery percentage of the earbuds, but you can also configure the volume and the ANC feature (if the earbuds have it). On top of that are the Favorites, Source, and Tips options, in addition to the usual settings. How to Update The Firmware? Step 1: Open the Bose Music app. Step 2: Connect the earbuds. NOTE: When an update is available, the Bose Music app automatically downloads it. Once downloaded, the app transfers the update to the connected earbuds, which can take up to 45 minutes. Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following: 1. The microphone is not working If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned.
