To iOS and Android Devices without the Google FastPair Feature

Step 1: Download the Bowers & Wilkins Headphones app on the desired device.

Step 2: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, they will turn on automatically. When a blue light starts flashing on the charging case, that means that the earbuds will be ready to pair with any device.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 5: Select “Bowers & Wilkins PI7”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working
