To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case and take the earbuds out. After that, they will turn on automatically. When a blue light starts flashing, they will be ready to pair to any device.

Step 3: Select “Doss CloudFox Freepods”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

• A red light on while charging: The earbuds are charging.
• A red light turns off while charging: The earbuds are fully charged.

Charging case

• Blue lights on while charging: The case is fully charged.
• One light on: The case has 0% to 25% of the total battery.
• Two lights on: The case has 25% to 50% of the total battery.
• Three lights on: The case has 50% to 75% of the total battery.

Step 1: With the earbuds in the charging case, press and hold the multifunction touch button on one of the earbuds for about 8 seconds.

Step 2: Then, press and hold the multifunction touch button on the other earbud for about x seconds.

Step 3: Enter your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget the Doss CloudFox Freepods.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range
