How To Pair The Earbuds?       

For iOS or Android Phone

Step 1: Open the charging case, so the earbuds will automatically enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.

Step 2 Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 3: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 3: Select the “EarFun Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

For Laptops (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on the Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take the earbuds out of the charging case so they turn on and pair to each other automatically.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “EarFun Air” will appear on the settings.

Step 8: Select and, after this, the earbuds will automatically connect to the desired device and will be ready to use. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

How To Connect To A New Device?

Method 1

Step 1: Place the earbuds in the charging case and make sure they are charging.

Step 2: Keep the cover open and press and hold the button on the charging case for 2 seconds, until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash blue rapidly.

Step 3: Look for new devices.

Step 4: Select the “EarFun Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

Method 2

Step 1: Unpair the earbuds from the Bluetooth-enabled device that’s connected. The earbuds will disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode.

Step 2: Look for new devices.

Step 3: Select the “EarFun Air”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the pairing will be done.

How To Charge The Earbuds?      

Earbuds

Step 1: Place the earbuds into their place on the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically start charging. The LED light indicators will show the charging process.

Charging Case

Step 1: Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Step 2: Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB Type-C charging cable. The LED indicators on the charging case will indicate the charging status.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Insert the earbuds into the canal of the ears.

Step 4: Turn them around and make sure to find the most comfortable position.

How To Turn On And Off?

Turn on

Take out the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on.

Turn off

Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off.

What Do The Lights Mean?     

Earbuds

• Blue LED light flashes 1 second: Earbuds turn on.
• Red LED light flashes 1 second: Earbuds turn off.
• Blue LED light flashes quickly: Earbuds go into pairing mode.
• Blue LED light turns off: Earbuds successfully connected.
• Purple LED light flashes: Factory reset.
• Red LED light flashes every 5 seconds: Earbuds charging.
• Red LED light turns off: Earbuds fully charged.

Charging case

• Green light: More than 30% of battery.
• Orange light: Less than 30% of battery.
• Red light: Less than 10% of battery.
• Red light flashing: Less than 5% of battery.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

NOTE: The multifunction touch button is placed on the top circular part of the body of the earbuds.

• Play or pause music: Double-click the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Turn the volume up: Touch and hold the touch panel on the right earbud.
• Turn the volume down: Touch and hold the touch panel on the left earbud once.
• Play next song: Triple-click touch panel on the right earbud.
• Accept an incoming call: Double-click the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• End a call: Double-click the touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Reject a call: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Answer a call and transfer two calls: Triple-click touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Transfer two calls: Triple-click touch panel on any of the earbuds.
• Reject the seconds call: Long press the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 2 seconds.
• Activate the Voice Assistant: Triple-click touch panel on the left earbud.

How To Reset These Earbuds?

Step 1: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, making sure that they are charging.

Step 2: Press and hold the button on the charging case for at least 8 seconds, until both earbuds’ LED lights flash in purple 3 times.

Step 3: After this, the reset procedure is complete.

Step 4: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect with “EarFun Air”.

Do These Earbuds Have An App?

Sadly, these earbuds don’t come with a specialized app or app support.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left/Right/One side of the earbuds has a low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.

The microphone is not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbuds, so try replacing them or getting a refund.

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> Select Bluetooth.

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds.
