Edifier TWS NB Manual | How to Pair / Connect?

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on and pair to each other.

Step 2: Press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds to enter the pairing state; a red and blue LED light will flash rapidly.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the Bluetooth settings.

Step 5: Select the “Edifier TWS NB”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

Step 6: After that, the LED light will turn off and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Window’s Bluetooth.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Click on Bluetooth.

Step 6: Take the earbuds out of the charging case so they turn on and pair to each other automatically.

Step 7: The earbuds by the name “Edifier TWS NB” will appear on the settings.

Step 8: Select and, after this, the earbuds will automatically connect to the desired device and will be ready to use. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

The left and right earbuds have finished TWS pairing before leaving the factory. With that being said, if the wireless connection fails to resume, please follow the steps below to re-pair:

Step 1: When there is no TWS or Bluetooth connections, triple-click the multifunction button on both earbuds to enter TWS pairing state, and a blue LED light will flash rapidly.

Step 2: After pairing is done, the indicator light of both earbuds will flash slowly.

Earbuds

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place the earbuds into their place on the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically start charging.

Charging case

Step 1: Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent any damage.

Step 2: Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a USB Type-C charging cable. The LED indicators on the charging case will indicate the charging status.

Earbuds

• Blue LED light flashes: Earbuds are on.
• Red LED light flashes: Earbuds have a low battery level.
• Red LED steady light: Earbuds charging.
• Red LED light turns off: Earbuds fully charged.

Charging case

• LED light flashing: Case has a low battery level.
• Red LED steady light: Case charging.
• Red LED light turns off: Case fully charged.

• Play or pause music: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
• Play next song: Press and hold the multifunction button on the right earbud.
• Play previous song: Press and hold the multifunction button on the left earbud.
• Accept an incoming call: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
• End a call: Click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds once.
• Decline an incoming call: Press and hold the multifunction button on any of the earbuds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multifunction button on any of the earbuds (if no music playing or phone conversion).

Turn on

Method 1: Take out the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on.

Method 2: Press the multifunction button on both earbuds for a couple of seconds.

Turn off

Method 1: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off.

Method 2: Press the multifunction button on both earbuds for about 7 seconds.

To enable and disable ANC, and change the ambient sound mode, all you have to do is to click on the multifunction button on any of the earbuds two times.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Problems Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

2. Try factory reset the earbuds.

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
