How To Pair The Earbuds?       

To iOS and Android phones

Step 1:  Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 2: Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 3 seconds, until the lights on the front light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 4: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 5: Select “EDIFIER W240TN”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the lights will flash two times and then turn off, and the pairing will be done.

To PC (Windows)

Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 2: Go to the settings.

Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.

Step 4: Click on “Add device”.

Step 5: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 6: Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 3 seconds, until the lights on the front light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern.

How To Wear These Earbuds?

Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.

Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.

Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.

To activate or deactivate the ANC mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.

To activate or deactivate the ambient mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to press and hold the multifunction touch button on any of the earbuds for about 2 seconds.

How To Activate The Mono Mode?

To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.

How To Charge The Earbuds?

To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.

To charge the charging case, all you have to do is to connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable. It will start charging automatically.

What Do The Lights Mean?

• Lights light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern: The earbuds are now ready to pair with any device.
• Lights flash two times and then turn off: The earbuds are not paired to the device.
• Lights are on while charging: The case is charging.
• Lights turn off while charging: The case is fully charged.
• Lights are on while charging with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are charging.
• Lights turn off while charging with the earbuds inside: The earbuds are charged.
• Lights light up one by one from left to center in a circulating pattern while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.
• Lights light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.
• Lights flash two times and then turn off while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.

How To Reset These Earbuds?

Step 1:  Delete all pairing information regarding the “EDIFIER W240TN”.

Step 2: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.

Step 3: Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 3 seconds, until the lights on the front light up one by one from left to center in a circulating pattern, to then flash two times and turn off. This will make them re-enter the left and right connection and clear the pairing records.

Step 4: Turn off Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 5: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Step 6: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 7: Select “EDIFIER W240TN”. If a password is needed, type “0000”.

After that, the lights on the front of the case light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern, to then flash two times and turn off. The pairing will be done.

Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting

The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC
