Q1. How to check the Edifier X3 battery level?

There is no battery level indicator on the charging case. When you plugin for charging, the case LED will have lit up, and it will turn off when the battery is full. With that being said, you can check your earbud’s battery level after being connected to any smart device.

Q2. How to factory reset?

Unpair the earphones. Take out one earbud only, then hold the touch panel for 8 seconds. Its LED indicator will blink red/blue first and then blink 6 times in blue, which means that the process was done correctly. Repeat the same to the other side.

Q3. Only one side can connect at a time

This problem may be caused because the earphones are not TWS-Paired (Left-Right Pair) to each other. Please try TWS-Pair the earphones:

  1. Unpair the earphones.
  2. Take out the right earbud only and double-tap the touch panel, then the LED will blink fast in blue.
  3. Take out the left earbud and do the same.
  4. Put both earbuds near each other, and after a while, a blue LED will blink twice every 5 seconds after successfully synced.
  5. Try to pair again to any device.

  1. I can’t turn my earbuds on. I have to put them on charge for
at least 1-2 secs to turn them on everytime to use.

  2. Some people are reporting that the earbuds won’t turn off when you place them inside the case.

It happened to me. I placed both earbuds inside case and went for lunch. Went back from lunch and found them still connected to my laptop and at 66%.

After fidgeting around I found what worked for me was putting the earbuds inside the case and connecting the charger to it. The earbuds start blinking red, indicating that they are charging.

My guess is that when the case battery is depleted, the earbuds won’t get a message to turn off.

  3. My Edifier X3 don’t turn off on when I put them on charging case. They flash a blue light and still working. How Can I solve that problem?

    1. It’s infuriating having to check on my phone if they are actually turned off or sneakily still connected. Long press for 5 seconds turns them off manually.

    2. Try charging the case. I guess the earbuds can’t get the signal to turn off when the case has no battery.

  4. how to connect at edifier app it doesnt had x3 model on help section so is it because it still new or what, edifier connect had a widget to show battery indicator so im truly upset when that thing ddnt work

  5. Everyone have the same problem with this product. I am saying this to everyone who this comment, If you find anything please share. I cant find anything. There is no solition.

  6. Hi, I was also having the same issue but I found that if I factory reset the ediphiers, they show up on my laptop, meaning they’re no longer paired with my phone though, so everytime I want to connect to a new device I reset them. I’m still going to check if putting them in pairing mode would also work but you can try that. Hope it works for you too!

  7. If it is Windows usually is easy to connect. When you click on the Bluetooth configuration, you have to search all the devices and maybe you have to reset the X3. Maybe it helps you.

  8. My laptop cant find the peripheral device as it says when i ty to connect it to my laptop. Any solutions? I really love the product. But i cant use it on my laptop. Hope a person replies. Thanks in advance

  9. Hi! I love this product! They work great with my phone, but I run into an issue when trying to connect the earphones with my old hp laptop. My laptop finds the earphones but it asks for a PIN. I’ve tried the usual ones, such as 0000, 1111, 1234 but no luck! Could you please tell me what the PIN is? Thanks in advance!
